I was in dire need of comforting food, because RL sucks more than usual right now, and on top of that the weather has been really cold and unpleasant the last days. So after having some of this quite delicious mushroom bourguignon (though I made it without pearl onions, because my supermarket didn't have any), I had a slice of this cheese cake. This was first time I've made a cheese cake, and it turned out very tasty, even though despite following the comments and baking it at 175°C, it still got slightly too brown at the edges (also instead of all low fat curd cheese I used part low fat, part regular).
