Yeah, by now I don't doubt that. It's not like I'm looking specifically for this stuff (though it might be part why I like the DCU *grin*), but apparently in any random selection of a couple of DC comics you get some. I mean the fetish stuff has been with the DCU from the beginning (old Wonder Woman comics, anyone?), yet I still found it a bit odd that they throw in some extra chains and collars in the splash panels just for the heck of it.
