I don't think it's a "technical" issue of archives and moderation, because in the cases I've seen it they weren't just one or two more chapters at one archive, or uploads at one had stopped a while ago, or anything like that. It's more like different posting schedules. I noticed it by chance at first, and my first thought was maybe people posted first to ff.net, and then the revised chapters to fictionalley a couple of weeks later, but there didn't seem to be much revisions, either. Maybe it generates more feedback or something like that? Though I don't really see how. Right now I just find it inconvenient, because I have to check several places to find out at which the WIP is furthest along.
