Ugh! Football hooligans are crazy! I was home visiting my parents a couple of christmases ago, and there was something on the news about a mob in Wales who were upset that their team had lost. So they went on a rampage--smashing windows, torching cars that were parked on the side of the road near the stadium, and bashing down walls. Just totally going nuts! I was completely shocked. My parents barely batted an eyelash. *shrug*

I'd have hated to be caught between two teams the way you were. Pre-game or post-game. I'm happy to hear nothing too bad happened.

What's happening in 2006? Is it the football world cup again, or something?
