one of those dreaded pet posts... ;)
My two baby rats moved in today. =) They are five weeks old, very friendly and already used to humans, but understandably still somewhat shy in their new situation, and newly separated from their mother. They haven't fully explored their cage yet, and mostly hide out in the plastic tube connecting the second and third levels, just darting out quickly sometimes to grab some food or drink. I expect they'll get bolder and explore some more towards dusk, but right now everything is still new and scary.
Because of that it was somewhat difficult to get decent pictures of them, but I tried, so here I have three pictures of dubious quality for you, but you can see the rats. Somewhat.
Here is a picture of the English Blue Berkshire, whom I named Ben:

It was even harder to get the English Blue Capped, now named Dustin, on camera, he seems less bold than Ben right now:

Here you can see both of them hiding in the tube:
