ratcreature | rats are dorky

My rat Ben is such a dork sometimes. See, yesterday during playtime I had fastened a piece of rusk to dangle from a climbing branch, so that Ben was occupied trying to get this tasty and sweet treat, and of course he managed after a bit of frantic jumping as he chewed through the rope while dangling from it, and was a very happy rat. Tonight Ben keeps checking this branch, looking up to the place where the treat was yesterday with a hopeful expression as if some more food might magically appear in the same place. Just now has been the third time he checked. I think he hopes to give me a hint... *g*
