last night's dream...

So last night I dreamed Dexter (the one from the serial killer series) was having dinner with the Browns from Everwood. *flail*

That was just wrong and terrifying on so many levels (and though I've forgotten many of the details since I woke up I remember it was a nightmare), and shows that I really shouldn't watch Dexter right before falling asleep.

Some crossovers just can't end well for the characters...

Yeah. It was seriously creepy. That some of my recurring anxiety or whatever nightmare elements appeared as well didn't help the creepiness any either, but those all paled compared to having my comfort family drama/normal teenage angst series turned into something sinister by Dexter being their dinner guest, pretending to be normal. It was at least partially from Dexter's POV like the series too, kind of like Dexter looking at the Browns, iirc.

Yeah, my sentiment exactly. But my subconscious disagreed. Unfortunately.
