Krümel continues to be very cute though he's grown a lot in the last two weeks. And I think he's getting more grey spots (there are patches in his fur that have now a slight grey tinge, so I think they'll be fully grey once he's grown), which suits him. He's also still very exhausting when he's outside, running around like the crazy rodent he is, and he tries to drag me into things. Literally. He actually grabs one of my fingers and tries to drag my hand into some direction. Which is hilarious since he's still much smaller than my hand.

He also likes to climb into my clothing, and that's kind of cute in theory however I am ticklish. I don't begrudge him the entertainment or body contact, but today he climbed into my top and pinched one of my nipples with his teeth, which wasn't as bad as a bite, but still, ouch! As if his tiny claws in all sorts of places weren't bad enough.

As a contrast it's really nice that Ben is content to just get his cuddles by lying draped on me or next to me. There's something to be said for sedate, older rats.

Krümel's still hard to photograph, i.e. more often than not I only get a hyper blur or part of a tail in the picture, but I do have some photos of him.

Heh. I think there must be something wrong with people who don't find young fuzzy animals cute. :)

Yeah they grow incredibly fast at that age.

WRT the tapes, besides the bunch off odd and ends I taped at one time or another, for example my copies of The Sentinel are in VCR, and it's not as if all of that is even out on DVD, and none of it in my region code. *clings to her fuzzy fan-made tapes*

Also I bought BtVS on tapes when they first came out, and I'm not about to buy them all over again just to have them on DVD.

If his nose fits somewhere he definitely puts it there, just like he tests everything with his teeth. I guess it's like with toddlers shoving everything in their mouth or something. :)
