I suspect that it's just not widely-enough known, yet; if you're not Canadian, you need to have had it pointed out to you, and download it. You wouldn't think that this would be a barrier these days, but unless it gets talked up... And then there are the people like me who've had it dloaded for quite a while, but haven't gotten around to watching it; I think it's just not hit a critical mass yet?

It's due to air in the US this fall ETA: It's starting June 4th!, so maybe more people will catch it then? Not to be US-centric...
