is LJ down?

Is it just me or does LJ have trouble right now? Earlier this morning it loaded fine, but now it gets stuck or gives 503 errors, even though their status page claims everything is fine. *pokes*

LJ's been down for the past 20 minutes or so. I keep checking at Down Or Not, but no signs of life so far (and of course no Twitter update from LJ).

Hrmpf. This is annoying. My flist somehow just oscillated back to loading after a really long wait, but when I try other entries I'm out of luck again. I wanted to read some kink meme fills that have been updated, and now those won't load. And in the comment emails the smart quotes aren't displayed right. I just hope it's not some lengthy DDoS attack again.
