I'm trying to clean up my desk, to remove some stuff from it, so I am sorting through old piles of papers and scraps, that have been around for years, just siting on my desk taking up space in a filing basket. And I just found bad emo poetry attempts from some time in 1995, judging by the other stuff on the note pad. I don't even recall doing that. *cringe*

There is much truth to that it's really a kindness that we forget far more than we remember, and constantly adjust our memories to suit our present.
