I'm wondering whether I should sign up for secret_mutant this year. It'll have quite a tight schedule, with just five weeks between getting the assignment and its due date, and I already signed up for yuletart, which also gives about five weeks, though that'll be due about two weeks earlier. So they don't overlap completely. OTOH, I've not been productive art-wise at all recently, so I'm not sure I ought to sign up for multiple things. On the third hand I usually do manage to produce art with the pressure of an exchange, and I would get a fanwork too.
