why is technology so frustrating?
I have a new android tablet and I want Chrome to display my tabs like my old tablet does. That one displays tabs like on a desktop, with a tab-thing showing the title at the top and all are sort of in the same window like in a desktop browser. My new tablet does the annoying mobile browser display, where there is the little square next to the url that shows a number. Both tablets have Android 6 and the same Chrome so surely there has to be an option somewhere to tell Chrome how it should display its tabs, and yet I can't find it anywhere. And nothing that I tried putting into Google was any help either.

I don't even know how to install beta versions of programs in Android.

Other things stump me as well, like that you just can't export some of your data in some apps (this is the first time I'm trying to move from one device to the next since I don't get new ones often), like I enjoy playing Two Dots but I'm not going to get a Facebook to transfer my progress in connecting colored points, I rather stop playing it.
Or my menstruation calender when I first downloaded it, it used to have an easy backup option in a file you could restore from, then at some point they changed it so that you need to use their stupid cloud service to transfer data, when I really have no interest to give them my health data.
I'm still looking into backup and syncing apps. Helium worked fine with my Nexus to backup some recalcitrant apps but thus far I'm not getting it to work on the Huawei. But I expected syncing everything to be a problem, this browser tab thing came unexpected. I thought for sure only phones with their tiny screens would have the obnoxious tab interface.
