Okay, so can somebody explain that final post-credit scene to me?

What is that doppelganger thing that Wanda is holding captive in her wilderness hut? Did she separate herself from her powers and manifested them as a body to figure them out? I don't really get this.

Also, what happened to Agatha/Agnes if Wanda dissolved the Westview she trapped her in? Is she wandering around looking for the sitcom she lost? Got picked up by the FBI?

So I googled around some and one article said that the one inside is the real Wanda and she is studying that book which is called "Darkhold" and apparently some established Marvel thing I'm unfamiliar with, and the outside Wanda with the tea is an astral projection. Supposedly that book can connect to other multiverses so presumably that's where her children's voices might come from? The post speculated that her children weren't constructs of her mind (as clue was mentioned that she thanked them for choosing her in the goodbye) and now need rescue or something. And apparently it is supposed to tease about Doctor Strange 2 because the theme music matches something from that movie, and the multiverse thing.
