Okay, so can somebody explain that final post-credit scene to me?

What is that doppelganger thing that Wanda is holding captive in her wilderness hut? Did she separate herself from her powers and manifested them as a body to figure them out? I don't really get this.

Also, what happened to Agatha/Agnes if Wanda dissolved the Westview she trapped her in? Is she wandering around looking for the sitcom she lost? Got picked up by the FBI?

Astral projection of herself - makes more sense if you've seen the Dr. Strange movie.

I have seen it, though only once in cinema, and didn't think of that.

Yeah, Dr. Strange learns through astral projection, which is what Wanda is doing with the Darkhold book. Which doesn't bode well because it's one of the most evil books in the Marvel universe.
