These multiple Batmans are from Man of Steel #37, written by Louise Simonson, pencilled by Jon Bogdanove, inked by Dennis Janke, (which btw is really funny, especially when a couple of the Batmans suffer from culture shock upon seeing Clark with long hair or listening to a rock concert...):

You know, I remember reading Superboy #0, and the headshots in icons #45-49 were part of a sequence of Superboy trying on various headgear. So with icon #50 tacked on at the end, it looks like Venom or some similar slobbering creature snuck up behind the kid and ate him up.

Seriously, look at them again. "Nope. Nope. Uh-uh. Too "Ant-Man". Nope." *chomp!* "Mmmmm, brains."

I'm not sure I even want to ask what's happening in 11.

They are chasing this guy into an aquarium, Dick makes some really difficult (and flashy) acrobatic jump across a tank with killer whales, Tim uses a line to swing across, but one of the whales jumps at him and Tim looses his grip, falls in and has to swim across (while reassuring himself that at least there's no record of these whales killing people) and finally climbs out of the water. So in the icon we see Tim climbing out of the tank, and Dick being kind of smug.

I haven't read a lot of Superboy, and that thing appears only right at the end of Superboy #0 as a cliffhanger, and you don't see much more than its teeth, however I think it's Nanaue a.k.a. King Shark.
