a question about the Heroes season premiere
Was there an explanation of Future!Peter's body transplanting power that I missed? I mean, what happened to Present!Peter's body, while his consciousness is in the other guy? And what for that matter happened to that consciousness? Is that guy (sorry, I'm bad with names) dead? Possessed? Or is this just one of the many unexplained things that will be resolved later?
On an unrelated note, at first I thought it was kind of neat that the desert painter guy made fun of Africa not being depicted diverse in the West (though it made no sense to me that he randomly talked about that as first thing, unless he anticipated Matt putting his foot in his mouth because of his foresight power or something), but that meta statement got kind of ruined, when he seems to be set up as the "magical negro" kind of stock character, guiding Matt on some "spirit walk." Though maybe there is a small chance that it's going to be his own heroic journey rather than Matt's.
