It's an illustration for sister_wolf's Nightwing/Arsenal ficlet Show, inspired by this: "[...] Shift forms his hands into little puppet versions of Arsenal and Nightwing and mimes them beating up on each other like Punch and Judy."

I'm glad you like it! I was worried that it might look wrong to you, because I have actually no idea about Shift's ability to form that much detail on the puppets. I mean I don't remember any scenes of him morphing like that in the comics or the exact limits of his abilities, but then I'm rather behind on my Outsiders reading. I just thought it would look fun if the morphed hands looked like real puppets of Nightwing and Arsenal not just like something with more or less puppet form.
