My copy of Victory of Eagles arrived today, and I just fetched it from the package storage. Finally, after waiting forever to see the cliffhanger from the last volume resolved!

That sucks. Maybe I'm closer to a distribution center? Also I've given up on getting books delivered to my door and always get the packages sent to a Packstation, which in my experience is faster. (I live on the fifth floor and they almost never bring packages up or ring the doorbell in the first place, whether I'm at home or not, but deliver them randomly somewhere in the neighborhood or to post offices with the most inconvenient opening hours and forty minutes away by public transport and so on, so fetching stuff myself right away is less effort.)
