Yeah, that was pretty much my reaction. I mean, I just got over the fact that Alfred was an undead zombie a couple of panels previously, and then this. Batman wears the flayed skin of a giant bat too.

Heh. Yeah. I think for the major characters there aren't many scenarios or premises (however weird) that DC hasn't done in some way or other. And certainly their weird ideas are *way* weirder than any fanfic I've seen.

*giggle* Do you suppose the (bat)wings on the chariot make it more aerodynamic?

And at least the chariot has a gold bat on the front. It'd be very sad if Batman accidentally hopped into the wrong carriage by mistake. :-)
