First, since thefourthvine was encouraging vid recs recently, I'd like to point out that lim's vid for the sga_flashfic mission report challenge is great. It's the first time I've seen a vid where someone wrote a song telling the story and then sung it illustrated by a vid. Admittedly I haven't watched that many vids, so this could be totally common, but even then it would still be awesome. I just really like vids where the narrative isn't that opaque, I guess.

So I fell asleep this afternoon (probably because I got up ridiculously early usual for a Saturday to jog as I skipped the jogging yesterday and felt guilty about it today -- this regular exercise thing sucks *grump*), and I dreamed of food. Understandable, as I just now woke up and still hadn't any dinner. But deep-fried chicken?!? WTF subconscious?

I always find it vaguely disturbing to dream of non-veggie food because it happens so rarely, as both awake and asleep I usually don't have any cravings for meat, and it's not like I have eaten any in more than a decade. However after dreaming for some time about eating deep-fried animal carcasses, now that I'm awake I still feel like eating some. Which is just gross. ::shudder::
